The amount of upfront time spent to understand your clients, their wishes and expectation is unsurpassed. Being an out of State property owner this is very important being the amount of time we could spend looking per visit was limited. The fact that we were lucky enough to team up with your office is certainly the only reason we now own two properties in Arizona.
It is now more three years since our first Arizona purchase and Rebecca has continued to be our eyes and ears in the community, keeping us excited about our ownership causing us to want and recently purchase yet another home in the Las Sendas community. We have worked with many reality companies over the years, I can honestly say we have never experienced the level of genuine care, personal involvement, and friendship that we continue to receive even years after our original purchase.
