She worked with us carefully to determine the exact listing price in this volatile market. Due to this, we had a firm offer in one day. She truly listens to her clients. She also was extremely helpful throughout the escrow and was able to keep the process moving forward, by her interventions, when the buyer's side slowed down due to snags with their loan applications.
