Hello! My name is Kendra Monroe and I was born and raised in the Roscoe/Rockton/South Beloit area. I graduated from Hononegah High School and then attended two years at Rock Valley Community College. I then transferred to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and received my bachelors degree in American Sign Language Interpreting. I have worked in a handful of local school districts interpreting for Deaf students. My love for real-estate came from purchasing my first home. I fell in love with the home buying process and decided to turn that passion into my career. I would love to make your home buying process as easy and joyful like it was for me.

Kendra Monroe was by FAR the best relator I have ever come across, heard about and personally done business with. I have heard many great things about her, but until I worked with her I truly didn't understand the magnitude of her dedication, knowledge, professionalism and so much more. She was so knowledgeable, so responsive, so understanding, so patient, so easy to discuss any matters with. It was like doing business with your best friend. And when in a stressful time such as buying or selling a home, to have someone as your realtor that's more like a friend, is truly a huge relief. She made the process so seamless and easy! Real estate is definitely a true gift of hers. To have such a high maintenance job that requires so much of you; she made it seem seamless and effortless to make an actual dream of mine come true! I am still in awe! As a single first time home buyer, I expected the process of purchasing my first home to be overwhelming with stressors. However, while working with Kendra, I found out that this process can be overwhelming with excitement instead with the right realtor on your side! Kendra was nothing short of amazing and went above and beyond for me throughout the entire process. As a first time home buyer, I had more questions than I am sure most do, and out of every question asked there was not one that she did not explain in the clearest terms! She worked around an almost undoable work schedule that I work just to find me the perfect first house to build into a home! When picking out our first home we were incredibly picky and had a long list of wants. Kendra did an amazing job of finding different houses for us to check out that met what we were looking for. Throughout it all Kendra was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She was always able to answer or questions extremely quickly! Kendra was always early to all our appointments and scheduled them to meet the needs of our crazy schedule. She really went above and beyond for us and helped us find our dream home. As homeowners we couldn't of asked for more, Kendra sold our house in less than a week for our asking price. She made a stressful time in our lives way less stressful, and she was by our side every step of the way. If we had to do it all over again, obviously we wouldn't change a thing!
