Kevin is a respectable gentleman who is well knowledged in every aspect of real estate buying and selling in the market he guided me and my wife gently through this whole process with this cell his organization process was superb the way he had the open houses how he greeted each individual had food for the individuals also Even going as beyond lighting a candle to make it smell nice than what it already did some things are taught others are natural PUre class But you can't teach I would never consider using anyone else for a boy or a cell when you do something and it's perfect that's the reputation that Kevin has and gives this survey does no justice you have to actually meet him and let him do what he does best. Kevin Aburto went the extra mile during this house purchase. There was some issues regarding building violations on the sellers side which only came to light during the title search. Kevin handled all of the additional communications which were required between the seller and buyers and building department. Kevin has a great understanding of the local market, sharing to us what the expected rents could be. He also has extensive knowledge of homes and their building infrastructure. He also was really handy and personally fixed some of the issues addressed during the home inspection. We found Kevin to have a calm and respectful demeanor over the phone as well as in person. We would have no problem recommending Kevin to anyone looking to buy a home. Thanks

Being from out of state, I couldn't of been more satisfied with Kevin' s ongoing communication, in every aspect of the sale of my father's home. As mentioned above, I was more than satisfied with Kevin's work ethic and diligence. Kevin literally took care of everything, from the cleaning out of the home, selling the home and information regarding the closing. It was also comforting to know, I could call Kevin, anytime I had a question or concern. Kevin is a special realtor in many ways. He has many contacts with other professionals related to the process which came in handy when some unexpected things came up regarding the property. He also gave us good tips for staging and what things we needed to focus on and what things were not really issues. Every sale of an existing home has some glitch, so having a strong realtor like Kevin is always an advantage.

Kevin Aburto was an amazing person to help us find and end up getting our dream home. From the moment of putting a bid in to closing, he has been nothing but a great help. There were no such things as 'stupid questions' to him and would explain everything out thoroughly as well as walk ya through the whole process. As first time buyers we definitely needed that to feel confident in what we were doing. If i tried to contact him with a question he would answer 9 out of 10 times immediately and if not would get back to us within 30 minutes. Which really helped move things along. I will recommend Kevin to any future home buyers I come across.

Kevin Aburto was an awesome agent to work with. He was smart, professional, courteous and very resourceful. Kevin made us comfortable throughout the entire process and walked us through it all. He always made himself available for any and all questions we may have had. He also educated us along the way in what things to look for and what questions to ask when viewing a home. Kevin used updated technology to make sure that we got alerts for exclusive just listed homes. He set us up from the very beginning to make sure we only received information for homes that were within our budget, needs and wants. Lastly, Kevin Aburto was never pushy with us. He never tried to rush us into a home that we didn't fully love, and for that, I thank him!
