Kevin truly understands our local market and most importantly has the contacts to make the sale happen… he provided a painter carpet installation and electrician to meet the requests of the interested buyer. Kevin is a full time realtor the owner and not a realtor doing for extra money weekends etc . If you choose Kevin you get Kevin until your property is sold. I would never use another realtor.

Once I was signed on Kevin he was in constant contact informing me of potential buyers and doing a lot of "hand-holding" in regards to my anxiety about the sale since I was a first time seller. He had no issue answering my endless questions and really turned into an educator through the process. I appreciated every effort he put into helping me understand selling a house, especially as a Power of Attirney . It gave me a lot of confidence in him. A LOT! Doing everything correctly and by the book was important to me and it was no issue for him because that is how he works.

Kevin Smith uses what I would call good old-fashioned business practices where the client feels valued and is a priority. That is certainly how I felt. That mixed with the modern technology and document signing made this a very positive experience.

Talk about challenges - our home sale in Noxen was full of them. A beautiful home but in a very tough location. COVID running ramped. Uncertainty in the markets. And a 90 year old home owner moving on from the home she loved to the next chapter in her life.

Yet Kevin persevered and did so with compassion and professionalism. Kevin guided the entire family through the process to an outcome we could not be happier with. During the process Kevin became a family friend.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Kevin Smith. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I met with a couple of realtors before Kevin, but I knew instantly that he was the one for me.

Kevin walked me through every step and offered his insights without over-powering my tastes or concerns. I appreciate all his help. He is honest and hands-on (he even crawled into creepy attics to check insulation!), and he really helped to take the pressure off the entire process.

Kevin Smith comes well respected in the community. I felt I could trust him based on my purchase of the property as he was the seller's agent at that time. My first impression of him when looking at the property back in 2016 was that he was professional and fair, easy to approach.

In seeking an agent for the sale of the same property a few years later, I chose Kevin because he had prior knowledge of the property as the seller's agent as I mentioned. He was able to appreciate the improvements I made while I lived there. He came up with a strategy to sell the property in a timely manner. The price was estimated at a fair and salable value leading to a quick sale.
