My husband and I knew Kiley Batrack was the right agent for us after the first conversation with her. She was able to get us next day tours of houses, even for some that were not on the market yet. We found our dream home while we were in another state. She walked us through the process virtually and communicated very well on our next steps. Being new to the area she referred us to a loan officer who gave us a great interest rate. Additionally, she negotiated the price and any "fixes" to the new house and even in a "hot" housing market we were able to get our house at the asking price. We will be purchasing another property in the future and will definitely use her again.

Kiley Batrack called me back about a house I found on the internet. At the time I was only thinking about moving to Idaho. She was so nice and so knowledgeable about the area. She made the process so smooth and stress free. It was best experience and everything went so smoothly because Kiley paid attention to every detail and kept on top of everything.
