Seller reviewKim Black handled all of our real estate needs for the nearly 10 years we were in Magalia, CA. We met Kim in Sept 2012 and she got us a great rental home. In 2015 when we were ready to purchase a home, we contacted Kim. And when we needed to leave the area, Kim got us an awesome price. We would recommend her to amyone! She is knowledgeable, professional and we are also fortunate to have made a friend in Kim.

Seller reviewI worked with Kim in the past and she is very knowledgeable. She is also local to the area, so was able to help with some work that needed to be done on the property. The people she referred me to were responsive, professional, and they were reasonably priced. I'm especially glad that she referred a foundation person to me who was able to get the home foundation secure so it qualified for someone who needed to get a loan on the property. I had no idea about this and Kim is the one who suggested it to bring up the value of my home. Kim is very easy to work with and I would recommend her to anyone in the area.
