Personal Profile
I have resided in California all my life. After attending school in Simi Valley, I went on to become a paralegal for two of the nations most recognized law firms. With a background in construction defect and real estate law, I made the career change to Realtor. After raising my family and working with Century 21, I moved to Northern California to once again sell real estate with Century 21 in the Northern California area. My family served in the military, law enforcement and fire departments. I understand the hours they work and that the objective is to list/buy a home within a short period of time. I pride myself on working efficiently, handling issues as they arise and always making sure my clients have received the best service possible.

Buyer reviewExtremely helpful, and patient. We were not the easiest clients to deal with because we live overseas, but she made us feel like we were her only client the entire time. Very responsive to emails, phone calls. Very easy to communicate with, always happy, and was 100% honest throughout the home purchase My wife and I live in Berlin Germany, and had to do the majority of the house hunt process over the phone and email. Kim was outstanding at keeping us in the loop, and staying on top of things. We were very lucky to have her!
