Lance Stopper called me after a property sold in the building I own in - just to see if I was interested in selling - and I was. Also - his presentation that the market was busy - and inventory low - helped me to decide to sell right away - I had been thinking about doing this for 1-2 years. Had been in touch with other realtors/brokers in the past. Not impressed with the others. Lance Stopper was very thorough - followed through - didn't forget about me, on time, dressed professionally when he came - and presented a folder showing he had done research. Also, he showed me what money to expect with all the fees taken out. That was very helpful.

Michelle, in his office, handled every detail thoroughly. She is impressive as well. Immediate response to any questions related to the closing.

Lance Stopper is great. It felt like I was out looking for houses with my friend and not out doing some business transaction. He always got back to me on time. Sometimes he would even reach out without me even needing to reach out to him. He always seemed to be taking care of issues before they would arise. Lance was always available and it was also super helpful that he would be able to text me throughout the day with little issues here and there and we got to get things done quickly and clearly. I was never waiting days for some email communication to come. I am a first time home buyer and I was never confused about what to do next thanks to Lance. I got a house that I love at a great price. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. 10/10 will recommend!
