Seller reviewCircumstances dictated that I sell 19 investment properties. That's a lot of legwork for an agent. Laura Dean became very familiar with each and every property, worked with my property manager to access each, and did a great job recommending starting sales prices. Some went fast, others took more time, and she was proactive throughout the process, recommending price modifications when necessary. They all sold in a year and these were not the prettiest houses in the prettiest neighborhoods. There was back and forth negotiation between myself and prospective buyers on almost all of the properties. Laura definitely had my best interests at heart and I'm really thankful to have worked with her.
