From the begining, we knew that our property would be a little more difficult to sell than a standard turn-key property and the market was shifting due to fast-climbing interest rates. Being a FTHB I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to be by my side during this important purchase. Every home we were interested in she made sure to visit and have videos sent to us a couple days later which is so important esp in this market! You need to work with Lauren if you're buying a home! She even whipped my lender into shape and made sure we closed on time when they're the ones who dragged their feet. I couldn't have done it without her!!
