Who am I? That's a great question, and I'm still working on the answer. In the meantime, what's more important to me is, "How may I help YOU?" The single most important thing to consider when hiring a REALTOR is: Will it be a good fit, for you and for your REALTOR? Credentials are great, experience is indispensable, but in my mind, the definition of an expert is someone who doesn't want to learn anything else. (I DO have days like that, you know, where I'd prefer NOT to have a lesson to learn, but then, who doesn't?) What is most important to me, however, is honesty and integrity. If I know the answer to your questions, I'll answer them directly. If I don't, I'll admit that and find you the answer. We will be a team - whether you're house hunting, or selling - so it's very important that we be straight with each other. I truly believe the house selling/buying process should be FUN, not stressful or upsetting. I know that it can What is most important to me, however, is honesty and integrity. The more I understand, the happier we'll all be. At the end, when the company sends you the test (they call it the Quality Service Survey), I want it to be a no-brainer. My aim is to achieve a 10 for each question. Now, if you're interested in my background, I am a native Washingtonian, born just after Eisenhower was elected to his second term. Famous people I share my birthday with are: Imogene Coca, Linda Evans, Owen Wilson, Alan Shephard, Hank Ballard and Mickey Mouse. I am a Scorpio with Sagittarius rising. (What's your sign?) I have a B.A. from the University of Colorado in Environmental Conservation I gained a whole lotta experience as a secretary, bookkeeper, legal secretary, writer, fund raiser, executive director of a non-profit, mom, wife, ex-wife, daughter, sister, cousin and friend. I am no different from you, really. I have lived in Calvert County and raised both my children here since 1989.     Linda is not only extremely knowledgeable, but extremely honest and loyal. I knew she would not lead me astray and would protect us the entire process. She goes above and beyond when working with her clients and i was confident that she would take care of us. Our inspector, Jim Kasterko, was beyond helpful during our inspection process. He went over every detail imaginable and made sure we, as first time home buyers, understood everything about our new house. In general, both our realtor and inspector took great pride in making sure we we're knowledgeable in all aspects mentioned above. As mentioned previously, Linda is extremely loyal to her clients. As first time home buyers, we had many moments of nervousness and confusion, but Linda took extra time to make sure we understood and felt comfortable with every move made. I have seen Linda work with clients over the past 12 years and can confirm she does this with every client she has. Century 21 NM has always gone above and beyond for their clients. I will not only use this company for all future moves, but recommend them to every person i know in the process of moving/selling/buying.

    Linda by far went above and beyond her normal duties in helping me get the home sold as I was an out of state seller. Further, Linda clearly knows the market and has the experience to provide sound advice to get your home sold fast and at market value. I listened to Linda, put a good amount of money into freshening up the home, staging, and landscaping, and my home sold for asking price in 4 days. I assure you, had I not listened and took Linda's advice the home would still be for sale and probably have a $30k reduction in price.
