Our circumstances were not typical. We had a contingency on top of a contingency. The buyer of our house was also selling her house. And we were waiting to sell our house before we could buy another house. Even so, Linda Governale never batted an eye. She sized up the situation and came up with a game plan that worked out for everyone.August 2017
There were so many moments when we were anxious about some aspect of the selling/purchasing process. And Linda helped to alleviate every one of those concerns. We trust her and are so thankful for the time she spent with us going over all the details, and making this process simple and enjoyable.

Linda is very easy to work with. She agreed to all my reasonable requests for repairs even after we signed off on request for repairs. She has deep knowledge of real estate and more importantly understands the importance of providing a great buying experience. My wife and I were first-time home searchers, not sure what we could afford or even if we could afford anything. We wandered into an open house that Linda was showing, and she graciously made herself available to us and even set up our first meeting with lenders so we could work through the basics from the very beginning. For the remainder of the process she willingly answered all of our questions and accommodated our requests, despite the fact that we were searching at the lower end of the market with little promise of a large commission. Very grateful for her help.
