Linda ended her maritime career with a 500 GT Master of Steam and Motor Vessels upon Oceans, Near Coastal with a (3000GT) ITC Endorsement. By this time, she ran a 270-foot supply boat and fracture vessels for Edison Chouest Offshore. At ECO, she managed a crew of 16 or more people. On fracture vessels, she worked with onboard Schlumberger personnel in addition to her own crew.
Linda taught as a substitute for local school districts, and has given presentations at local schools about women who work in the maritime industry.
