She worked with us every step of the way and always made sure we were on the same page with every decision made! Lindsey Smith is so good at understanding the needs of her clients. She didn't give up with any of our requests, no matter how big or small. She was available at all times (even in Mexico on vacation) to help work through some issues with us and ultimately get our house sold! We couldn't imagine having gone through this process with anyone else. Lindsey Smith has amazing attention to detail and care for her clients. She always will go the extra mile for them and make it truly a personal, meaningful experience. Nothing is just transactional with her and it makes all the difference in what can sometimes be a stressful process when buying and selling a home. We are so grateful for her and would work with her again in a heartbeat!

We know several realtors on the northside of Indianapolis, but we chose to work with Lindsey and never regretted it a second. Lindsey is extremely dedicated to her clients and went above and beyond in all aspects. Seller reviewI had contacted Lindsey early in the spring and expressed interest in downsizing. She knew this was a big step for me since I had been in my home for 28 years. Lindsey was very patient with me and knew it could take time. When I saw the home I ended up buying, she took the time for me to look at the home twice before I decided to make an offer. When the offer was accepted, Lindsey quickly got my home on the market and through the entire month, she was always available to talk and let me know how things were progressing. With the move (she helped me get boxes), the closings, everything went smoothly. I value her knowledge on pricing my home and how quickly it sold. Thank you so much Lindsey!
