My husband and I have lived in the Bismarck/Mandan area our entire life. We have four beautiful daughters, one grandson, and a large extended family living locally. Our family has always had the love for real estate and investment property. My husband and I purchased our first rental property in 2003 and have expanded to owning multiple long-term unfurnished rental properties and several short-term furnished rental units in the Bismarck and surrounding area. Seller reviewI was on a condo board with Lisa. She is experienced in selling condos. She knew there was an interest in investor owned properties and she had the contacts with other realtors and buyers to create the interest in our property right away. Lisa did an awesome job of marketing our property. She also handled the minor improvements that the buyers had wanted. She made my job as the seller so easy. Our property had an offer from a showing on the second day it was on the market! I really could not have been any happier. Lisa did a great job! I recommended Lisa to my daughter also and Lisa sold her condo immediately after it was listed also! Very knowledgable staff. There was a question about how to handle our sale due to it being in a trust. They researched and had an answer quickly. Excellent experience from listing to closing!
