Sabine was amazing through the entire purchase process. She was very patient as we made multiple trips out to various showings trying to find the perfect home. She kept in touch and was always a call, email or text away when something came up. She was extremely helpful in the negotiation of price and repairs process. I have no doubt without her assistance, we could be in a lot different situation. She kept us sane and headed in the right direction and made sure everything pulled together perfectly in the end. Sabine Hammermann from Linda Hall assisted us in purchasing a new build home so our needs were different. We hired a local inspector on our own who we would highly recommend, and the purchase price was set by the builder. Escrow funds were managed by the closing attorney. We asked Sabine to take site photos for us since we were out of town. When the builder's bank presented mortgage closing issues 10 days before our initial scheduled closing, Sabine quickly used her local contact and knowledge to suggest a replacement mortgage company which was able to successfully work with us to close on our new home.

Every one wishes to get the highest price for their property, however, Linda Hall team did the proper due diligence in pricing my property. Had two offers within 15 days, one was declined (Linda Hall did not like the fact they had to sell their condo and offer was $10,000 under asking price) the other was only $4000. below the asking price. and pre approved with a conventional loan, August 2018
The inspection did find quite a few repairs. With Linda Hall's team in place, it was a snap. I follow their advice and we were able to meet the closing date with no problem!!

After working with another agency and agent for months and not being any closer to my dream home, I came across a listing posted by Christine on Facebook. Within minutes of clicking on the link, I received an email from her asking about the posting... I thought, oh great...a scam....but at the same time, my home search couldn't possibly get any worse, so I responded to her few questions, never expecting a response (the home was way out of my price range). We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever about our experience selling our home through Linda Hall/Century 21 First Choice. Barbara Ferguson laid out her marketing plan, gave us pointers for staging and while the first week on the market was quite busy, before the end of the week, we had a contract. We would absolutely recommend Barbara to family, friends and anyone looking for a realtor. Barbara knows the area and the market, but more importantly, she knows how to walk her sellers through the maze of selling a home, settle the nerves and smooth over any bumps in the road. She goes above and beyond for her clients and will even brave ice and snow to deliver peace of mind for a bit paranoid one (that would be me).

We enjoyed our relationship with Barbara as it was professional but also very friendly and warm. We honestly felt she understood our wishes and was able to focus on the types of home we were looking for.
Barbara connected us to a tool that listed homes as they came on the market so that we could browse them but also get a better feel of what was becoming available. This was an important tool as we lived in Maryland and couldn't just pop down to look at a place.
Barbara helped us at our walk through and the closing went very smoothly. I feel Barbara was a factor in getting through these processes.

What came over strongly from Linda was that she really cared. It wasn't about the money, it was about what was the right deal for me. Amanda and Deborah also cared and as a client selling a property for the first time in the US, I felt very vulnerable but they put me completely at ease and I felt relaxed throughout. They never came over stressed about anything, although I am sure that things can get stressful, but they never showed it. You can't actually put a price on that!

When I was looking for a real estate agent in the Lake Wylie area I first found a different website. I called and also sent the other agency an email. They didn't get back to me. I found the Linda Hall Team website and put a call in to Barbara Ferguson. Within an hour she called me back and a relationship was started. She was so welcoming.
