Lori was wonderful through the whole journey from the time she first met with us to provide guidance on prepping our house for sale until closing. Lori was referred to us by another realtor, who is a close family friend, that worked with Lori in the past and knows Lori's expertise with South Jersey real estate. We were advised that Lori was skilled at working with first time home buyers. This was of the utmost importance to us, because we wanted someone who was friendly, honest and understanding of our situation. Lori handled our home buying process with the highest quality and care. Her attention to detail was excellent and she made herself available to us around the clock. As myself and my significant other are medical professionals, we are frequently only available on nights and weekends. Lori took the time to answer our questions and ease our concerns at all times, of the day and night, regardless if it was during the week or on the weekend. As buying one's first home can cause a lot of anxiety Lori always made herself available with a positive and reassuring attitude. As mentioned, myself and my significant other were first time home buyers and we had hundreds of questions. Lori went above and beyond to ensure every question was answered. Lori took her time to teach us about various aspects of real estate even though we did not expected her to do so! Throughout the process we went to approximately 10 properties and Lori stayed impartial while highlighting the pros and cons of each property.
