Loris was very firm about what she thought the house was worth. We let it ride with the full price she suggested. One of my grandsons suggested that I get in touch with her, because of her track record of getting houses sold in a short period of time, unfortunately that did not happen. She looked out for our needs and made sure during the inspection that nothing was missed so we could put it on our closing contract to fix before we bought it.
