Buyer reviewOur family was in a unique circumstance where our primary realtor needed to utilize connections in different parts of the state help us with our house search. Marcy was the realtor he recommended in northern Indiana. We appreciated Marcy's willingness to work with us. Even before looking at houses, she reached out to introduce herself and talk with us about the market in the area where we were looking. When a house of interest came on the market, she scheduled a quick showing for us that fit our limited time constraits. She then walked us through the purchase process on that home. Marcy communicated clearly throughout the purchase process. She was friendly and responsive. She checked in to see if we had questions and followed up with our lender when issues arose. It was a pleasure to work with her!

Buyer reviewMarcy was such a joy to work with! She always made time for us, advocated for us when dealing with a difficult seller, and made the whole process fun. She even went the extra mile and hired a cleaning crew to come clean our new house when the sellers left it in less than ideal condition for us. The sellers also left their washer/dryer leaving us with an extra set, and Marcy helped us by posting it online so we could get our old set sold to pocket a little extra money. She was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, and still is even after closing. Checking in on important things like home warranties, and even fun things like which paint colors we chose. It's so good to know that our Realtor can turn into a true friend, and we look forward to recommending her to everyone we know and working with her in the future!
