I have worked with six realtors in the sale of three properties. Marie is the best - by far. She cares about the customer and knows what she is doing. She is both a wonderful communicator and, at the same time, very detailed oriented. Marie is well-connected in the realtor community, and I could tell she is well-respected. Marie expresses the perfect combination of positivity and honesty. I would highly recommend Marie Maness to anyone who is selling a home.

Marie Maness was wonderful to work with. Knowing what our price range was she did not bother us with properties outside that range. She was always good about communicating with us and was very understanding when we had a few slight problems with our mortgage company. Anyone would be happy working with Marie on the sell or purchase of a property.

Marie did an EXCELLENT job for me. She was extremely professional and worked very hard to sell my house. I had already relocated to Pensacola, Florida, so it was very hard for me to take care of the "little things" that always come up when selling a house. Marie Maness worked very diligently to help me find and make the purchase of my home.
