I would highly recommend working with Marjorie Horn!

Marjorie made us feel right at home, right off the bat. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer ALL of our questions, eitiher immediately or by the next day. Her communication skills are superb!

It was obvious that Marjorie had our best interest at heart throughout this entire process. She kept the ball rolling, in spite of major changes in procedure, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We were still able to close on our house in 30 days!

Our house was a tough sell and Marjorie was the right agent to get it sold. We had to think outside the box sometimes and Marjorie was open to any reasonable ideas. I appreciate that she was willing to do a referral fee to agents outside the Burlington area so that we could target additional markets such as Chicago and Quad cities. She is knowledgeable of her field, and responsive to us as a client.
