Seller reviewMark was relentless in working to sell our very difficult to sell property. He has the qualities that make him an extremely successful and effective real estate agent. I can't say enough about his professionalism. He was very conscientious in keeping our best interests in mind. Our real estate purchase was a very difficult transaction involving a 1031 exchange and an LLC ownership of the property. As an owner of a real estate company in another state, I greatly appreciated his detailed research in assessing the fair market value of the property. He was also very effectively in negotiating with the opposing broker on our behalf. Mark is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late night emails and text messages. He shows great attention to the details which enabled this complicated transaction to be completed. The transaction went very smoothly and we closed on time. Mark followed up many times with us until the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend his involvement in any real estate transaction.

Seller reviewThese questions were hard to fill out because of the way I found Mark. We have mutual friends on Facebook, I pulled up his profile and it showed we went to the same college in PA and he relocated to the Myrtle Beach area and he was a Real Estate agent. Mark was very honest, helped us in every aspect of selling our property (marketing, setting a price to get the most looks but also listening to our input, getting all the answers we were looking for). Mark was always available day or night to answer any questions or concerns we had. The closing of this property was difficult to say the least but my wife and I knew we could count on Mark to get all parties involved on the same page. We always felt like we were his only client and we will look no further when we decide to purchase our next property in South Carolina.
