Matt previously lived in Clyde and on Kelley's Island before coming to reside in Bellevue. He has been married over 15 years and has 3 children. Along with being a Real Estate Sales Agent, Matt formerly served 6 years in the Ohio National Guard. In his spare time he enjoys camping in his vintage GMC Motor home, fishing and spending time at his family's farm in West Virginia. While there, he can be found hiking, hunting, and riding ATVs. Timing and the proper chess move was the important issue with this purchase as there were many interested parties wanting to purchase this parcel also. Matt gave us sound feedback and, as always,listened to our own feedback, during the bidding process on this parcel, which was key to acquiring it. We ultimately did win the bid.

As stated Matthew Pumphrey will go the mile for his clients in the most professional manner, wish everyone was like this in my everyday dealings.

This was a turn of the century home in excellent condition, but not modern by any current day standard, therefore accounting for the reason it was on the market so long. Also, I noted, in the real estate magazine in your office, that older listed homes were no longer included. There were many factors that played into the length of time this uniquely wonderful home was on the market as long as it was, with no reflection whatsoever on Matt. As usual, he went far beyond the normal needs to reach the closing table, We will always use Matt for our Real Estate needs and recommend him whenever possible to family and friends.

My husband, Gene had inherited land on Kelly's Island. Gene was ill and it was a very stressful time. We weren't ready to think about the property.

Matthew Pumphrey contacted me by a general postcard to sale a home or property on Kelly's Island. At this time my husband had passed. I needed to decide about the property. It was best to sale it.

I was impressed with Matt's knowledge and understanding of the Island's people and way of life. Not always typical of the mainland's ways.

I didn't realize the value of the property. On my own I could have sold the property for much less.

PLUS I didn't expect to sale the property so quickly. Matt was efficient, on top of everything, organized, knowledgeable, polite, patient.
