Maxi Case has the rare ability to make her client feel that she is her only client. She seems to always be available, always communicates in a timely and clear manner, and in every way is just exceptional. She is head and shoulders above the rest. Maxi anticipates her clients' needs and has solutions instead of problems to present. There is always an amazing solution from her. It is a real pleasure to work with her in any context. She is sympathetic, even empathetic, and a true client advocate. One time I had a very stressful event related to the sale and she walked me through it and helped me with positive solutions.

Her suggestions on what to fix up and what not to fix up saved me a great deal of money and time. Her team of workers including Tim Nolls of TJN Construction provided top quality, reliable, and timely repairs and improvements. The house sold in four days as a testament to them both.

Maxi made sure to get the other realtors in to the property as soon as possible and placed a very pleasing ad online as well. As the house sold in four days, there was no time to put a sign up.

The sale of the house went very well BECAUSE OF MAXI AND HER ASSISTANT DEBBIE. Maxi is ethical, honest, caring, and a sincere advocate for her client. She is everything it is so hard to find in a salesperson anywhere anytime. Thank you also to the rest of the Century 21 staff. The individuals manning the desk were always friendly and helpful.

My dealings with her assistant Debbie were exceptional as well. Debbie was always on the money and available as needed. She is a very reassuring presence and very helpful and informative in many ways. She and Maxi (and Tim Nolls) always anticipated or met or even exceeded my needs.

I selected Maxi Case as an individual regardless of broker as she and her team are exceptional in every way. She sold my last house in an equitable and timely fashion always providing me with excellent advice on offers and counter offers, etc. I have and will continue to recommend her to any and all.

We buy and sell a lot of properties and I have to say that Maxi Case is BY FAR the best, most competent broker we have ever dealt with. Maxi is a joy to work with!

Maxi absolutely knows how to market a property! Even very tough properties. She does NOT fall down on the job when the sale gets to escrow. Maxi is still right on top of every single document (which feels like hundreds of documents!) that needs to be signed or taken care of.

Maxi Case has sold houses for us from one million dollars down to $150K, and all prices in-between. She has treated all of those sales with the same positive attention!!
