I love staying active and hosting as well as attending work out classes, finding adventures around Michigan and spending as much time as I can with my family. Real Estate is my passion. I have loved growing and learning to help others. I am strongly interested in people, and how to make dreams reality. I believe in listening and being creative to work together. I truly love old homes. I appreciate the charm of an old 100(+) year old home, and also have grown to love the new concepts in new builds. I would say my favorite types of homes are either Old Farmhouses with quirky layouts or Mid-Century Modern homes.

I'm licensed in the state of Michigan and have vast knowledge of anywhere within an hour radius of Grand Rapids. When I am not serving my clients, I'm spending time with my husband, 2 young girls and our old man of a yellow lab. I loved working with Megan Tefft when I purchased my house 3.5 years ago so it was a no brainer to have her sell it too. She is very approachable and knowledgeable. She takes the time to understand your wants/needs to help you make the best decision. I wouldn't trust anyone more with my real estate needs!

We could not have asked for a better agent to purchase our home with. Megan was able to answer every single question we had throughout the process. If she did not have first hand knowledge, she would reach out and get an answer back to us very quickly. Since we were doing all of our house tours virtually, we had to put all of our trust and faith in her judgment. She was very honest about everything and we never questioned any of her advice or guidance. When she had any negative information to share with us, she did it in a way that did not make us feel let down or disappointed, but hopeful and encouraged that we would land in the perfect home (which can't be an easy task with the crazy and competitive market)! We felt like she was truly invested in our success in house hunting, and it made the process much more enjoyable. It is evident that she loves her job, and that made it an absolute joy to work with her. Anyone would be very fortunate to go through the buying or selling process with Megan, and we will certainly be recommending her to anyone looking to do so!

Megan was very friendly and had a flexible schedule. Always answered my calls/questions (no matter how obvious the questions were) and had a good answer for everything. Helped negotiate with the sellers and provided a great inspector. Did a fantastic job.

Hands down best choice. She looked out for are needs and wants and she delivered. Now we consider her family at this point and if we plan on buying or selling another house we will be 100% using her again. I know how high end brokers that I could have went with but end result she looked out for are family needs and wants. Hands down best person I could've chosen....
