Michael was very calm in listening to our needs and want we wanted in a new home. Even after we had decided on a house offer, had completed an inspection, and then decided to cancel our offer, Michael stated we would just continue to search because we want get what is right for us. He wanted us to be sure we got what was needed. I remember a few times we were still discussing information related to a purchase at 11 PM in the evening. He was always accessible and made sure we knew and understand he was working for us.

Michael mailed me a business card about 7 years ago. I kept it in my desk since then. There were a few times I thought of discarding it during "desk clean out" times. However, I continue to keep it on file. I was very glad that I did. In the past 8 years I had attempted a selling/buying scenario with two other agents. One of them never got past the third day. The other was more interested in getting me to buy something. After 7 years of saving Michael's card, I used it to email him and ask if he was interested. He replied yes and stated he could help. His biggest proof of interest was when he stated that "I will protect you". I knew he was sincere and he proved it by getting an offer on my house within three days of going on sale. We were in constant communication. He is quite knowledgeable about his trade, municipal laws, financial factors, and general home building. His ability put previous realtors to shame. There actually was one time i got worried and thought about withdrawing from selling. Michael convinced me he would handle that particular situation and convinced me to stay in the game. I agreed and the results were excellent after all. Michael informed me that besides him, the entire team would be working on my plan. I even made a recommendation to someone to call Century 21 solutions while I was still in the process of selling my old home.

Michael Droege is the man! We've had experiences in the past where it was obvious the realtor had no knowledge of the property we were looking at - and Michael kicked that stereotype out the window. He was punctual, knowledgable, and patient. Towards the end of the buying process, we needed to nudge the seller a little bit to get to closing, and Michael was able to get us into our home on Christmas Eve! What a gift! Thanks Michael!
