From day one Michelle was on top of things. she asked for my pre-approval. what features i needed and what area i would prefer and was on it from there. then when all of the Covid stuff hit She was on it again letting me know what to expect when viewing homes and that i needed to get a new approval from my lender before she could show me more homes until i did. Michelle has enough knowledge that she could tell me which homes in which areas would be flipped for fast cash which all turned out to happen. i'm wishing now i would have bid on a few of the homes she told me would be flips as they were flipped in weeks. She is very intelligent and persistent. i would not want to be on the other side of things when thing are going wrong. Her Patience is incredible ,despite the fact my purchase took a long time to close because of mistakes from the selling agent and my lending organization. you are Very lucky to have Michelle Bennett on your team She is Amazing!! She went above and beyond in my opinion. viewing homes she thought i might be interested in to determine condition before i even viewed them saving me time, which normally happened while i was at work (2nd shift). through the process she put everything to do with my purchase on a flash drive so it was always organized and available and when things were all said and done she gave that flash drive to me. very smart and shows attention to detail and organization that most people don't have or would ever take the time to do . there was never a time that Michelle was anything less that 110% of what i expected or asked for. i dealt with a different realtor for the first year of my hunt, Mary Beth Sons. and i'm here to tell you the difference is night and day. i can Guarantee when i'm ready for investment property or a different home Michelle will be my first call Guaranteed !
