Our experience in buying our first home together was both exciting and nerve wrecking at the same time but Mona helped us along the way she was I think as excited as we were she wanted this for ya so bad we ran into a few problems but her positive additude of assuring us that it was all going to work out helped us a lot. She is awesome at what she does she always answered every question we had and is very knowledgeable with the housing stuff that's for sure. We would highly recommend her to anybody we know and would use her again over anybody.

Mona Smith was very instrumental in assisting with the purchase of this property. She was likened to a breath of fresh air. Very knowledgable as well as enthusiastic thoughout the process. I feel miss Smith insured I had the appropriate information needed to make an informed decision regarding the purchase and assisted with negotiating process very adequately. Our agent treated us with respect and was prompt and did research on homes to meet our needs. She accommodated our time schedule often to meet us. She prepared the business side of our process in a timely manner and was efficient. She was friendly and accommodating to our young kids . Wonderful to work with Ms Mona Smith.
