Nanci is quick and gets back with you in a timely manner through texts, calls, & emails. Nanci made it happen by helping me get the house I wanted. This was my first experience looking for and buying a home. At first I really didn't know what to expect, but Nanci was extremely helpful and there for me every step of the way. I was not in a rush to get a house, unlike a lot of people, so I took my time waiting for the perfect house. I feel like most realtors would have been sick of waiting on me to make a decision and most probably would have just pushed me to the side for wasting their time. I believe Nanci was one of the very few exceptions that continued to do everything she could to help me find the perfect house. She was professional, adapted to my needs, communicated very well, and incredibly patient throughout four months of assisting me. I would recommend Nanci Amstutz-Hall to anybody looking for a new home.
