After meeting with Ms. Price-Branson and discussing our desires, my wife and I were quiet impressed with her knowledge of the market conditions, new homes in our area, and guidance throughout the process of acquiring such a home. Nancy was right on top of all the issues. She communicated clearly and effectively and timely. She was always accessible, available and flexible. She took on a lot of responsibility to help me through a very difficult probate sale.
