We had contacted other realtors in the area and they were giving us very low sales prices. We saw your billboard and contacted your company and Nick came right out and met us and gave us the price we were hoping for as a selling point. We live two hours away and we were trying to sell this house. We found out that we did not have a clean title and Nick did a lot of research for us. We ended up having to hire a real estate lawyer that Nick found for us. It took us much longer than expected to sell the house, and Nick was patient and professional and went over and above to help us knowing we live so far away. We would recommend Nick to anyone. He is knowledgeable and helpful and made our crazy experience calm and successful. He kept us up to date with everything right away. He sold the house four times because of this crazy title issue we had. I feel like many other realtors would have been frustrated with this situation but Nick was so understanding and patient with us. We apologized for the situation and he replied it is not our fault and he is learning so much from the experience. That is how wonderful Nick was throughout the entire sale. We were very appreciative that Nick was our realtor. He was fantastic from beginning to the end. Thank you!!!!!!! Everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend to everyone!
