Pam is an exceptional person, not just a great broker. As a salesperson myself, I value character and integrity above all else and Pam has loads! From a sales perspective, she heard our needs, limits, and listened to what was important to us. She found a hidden gem for us, even though it was a little outside our price range, but quickly offered/countered to bring it down to where we were comfortable. She acted with urgency, answered all of our questions, and took the time to guide me through the paperwork. Even when I didn't want to become a nuisance to the seller, Pam made them repair items that required it and even got another round of yard work completed. She was by our side every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with the property and especially with our broker!

The best thing I can say about Pam Brown is that she is a class act. I was especially touched by her understanding of the fact that I had recently lost my husband and had lived in my home for 30 years where many memories were made. Emotionally, it was a difficult move. Pam was always so thoughtful and considerate of my situation making the transition as fluid and painless as possible. I would definitely recommend Pam to anyone.
