She was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and willing to meet us when we both could be there since our schedules collided. She takes pride in what she does and it definitely reflected onto us. Have already recommended her to many more people who are starting the process of looking for a home.
She made sure to send us homes that were within our likings and within our price range. She would answers our calls and questions anytime of the day, without hesitation. She made sure to ask all proper questions at closing and made sure we were completely taken care of.

I remember contacting Patricia Ballard when I was searching for residence for my sister and brother in law when they were relocating from the state of Texas to Lincolnton, NC in 2005...found a house for sale on Linwood, got Patricia's phone number off for sale sign, so I called her. She was as helpful as I could have hoped for, so remembered that, plus she was no nice..When my sister had to go to assisted living, I contacted Patricia to sell home for us, She did a fabulous job, helped anyway she could, so nice. I would recommend Patricia to anyone anytime!!!!
Patricia kept me well informed about showings and feedback when the house was being shown. I could never have wanted anyone any better to sell the house. Very courteous, friendly, couldn't have handled the sale without Patricia, Lovely person to work with. Gave good advice and instructions for a good sale!

I think Patricia understood me ,I didn't have to sell my house but I want to by my mama's house ,it was a difficult decision to make ,but I called pat and she said well let's just see what the other houses in my area had sold for and we can go from there , no pressure at all but she kept me informed with the showing of the house I just thought I'd ask top dollar and see what happens, I was pleasantly surprised when someone said they would make me an offer! Pat got in touch with the other family,they had some questions about the house and she got them answer we moved forward and I accepted their offer and that was it she handled everything very fast and professional
