If you really want your house sold and all the little things that can turn into big things that can happen when selling a home are handled correctly by an experienced agent you know you got your moneys worth. She held this deal together that other agents we're just going to let fall apart. Pats quote " when you can't go through a wall just go around it"

I have used Pat a few times and have referred her to other friends and there has never been a negative comment.

I was very pleased with Pat how she went over all aspects of everything before we put my house up for sale. Pat showed me the comps in the area and then we agreed on the best price to list my house. My house sold in one day and had to move fast to find us a new home. Pat was there whenever I needed anything and she has the patience of a saint to deal with me.

I would refer Pat to all my friends. She worked hard for us to find a house and would answer all my questions no matter what time of day it was.
