Peggy Moser, born and raised in New York City, comes to the Bluffton area after living in New Jersey for many years. She fell in love with the Lowcountry when she accompanied a friend on her home buying trip to Bluffton. Within six months of that trip, Peggy had sold her New Jersey home and purchased and moved to her new home in Sun City. Peggy's background, knowledge and experience uniquely qualifies her to provide extraordinary service to her clients and customers. She began her career as a software designer and then became licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1998 and then also as a real estate appraiser in 2001. Peggy is a problem solver and a natural born helper. Her vast experience gives her the knowledge and creativity to think outside the box when needed. She has many resources to help with all kinds of real estate related situations. In her spare time, Peggy enjoys talking about real estate, walking her dog, gardening, volunteering and doing all kinds of artwork and crafts. She loves spending time with her family. Friendships are especially important to her and she enjoys socializing with old and new friends. Peggy is happy to help you with all your real estate needs both great and small.

Some agents appear to devote more time and energy to their business than others; in my experience, Peggy is an absolute professional. Peggy could have easily taken the quick buck from an earlier offer with less time investment on her end, but she did not encourage that. Peggy is extremely knowledgeable about the area, market conditions, and real estate law and practices. Her communication, responsiveness, and negotiating skills are excellent. Add to all of those qualities a truly nice personality and great sense of humor . . . why would I ever work wtih anyone else?
