He kept in touch with us throughout the time it was up for sale, and advised us on important matters that were critical to the sale. He made sure we were in the loop on all closing dates and provided us with the closing costs. He's very professional and helpful. We would not consider anyone else to sell our house! He is most trustworthy! Perry is so great, if we had any other property to sell we would call Perry immediately! We are appreciative of all the help we received on the sale of our house. Buyer reviewThe value of a realtor is very unappreciated in today's society. However, I would never consider not using one as Perry Coleman was awesome. Perry went above and beyond to make sure every detail was addressed to make an easy and smooth process for a potential stressful situation. He reviewed with us all the options we had as buyers prior to submitting our contract to make sure we were well informed and did only what we felt WE were comfortable with. When we got the inspection back, he made sure to help us review the details and seek professional advice on questionable issues. We are thrilled with our new home and can't wait to have Perry Coleman over for dinner to show him our gratitude and how he found the perfect house for us to turn into our home!
