daughter and son-in-law in Indianapolis. From the very first phone conversation to our "closing," Brad exhibited a professional, courteous, and caring demeanor. And he was reliable, promptly getting the answers to my questions, and communicating with me the same or next day. Since my husband and I are moving from Los Angeles, CA

returning to Indiana, there were additional challenges due to the time difference and

distance. Still, the process went very smoothly. My husband and I first flew to Indy to

see some homes, and decided on the community where we wished to buy. Through many months, Brad was diligent in sending us listings in our price range so that we had a sense of the market and the features we would want in a home. Brad also was available to show our daughter and son-in-law some homes allowing a video "walk through" of houses so we could see them, and possible make an offer. When two houses were listed that fit our expectations, Brad suggested I fly to Indy right away to be in the best situation to negotiate. I did. My husband and I loved one house! And when we recently "closed" on this house, Brad delivered our new house keys to our

daughter's address. We are thrilled with our new home, and we are most grateful to Brad whose knowledge and experience were "key" in our successful home purchase!

Priya Bhargava is always a message away! She answers promptly and accurately. Looking back, I have kind of called her several times in a day, yet she always responded kindly and answered with patience!

Trust developed during the initial few viewings of the properties was very helpful. Priya is very knowledgeable of the various communities and school districts, which is one of the most important criterion in selecting a realtor. She walked us through the complete process step by step on what to expect as next steps and approx. timelines during the closing process.

Brad Elliott began working with us early April 2015 after we visited the Britton Falls homes for sale web site. Over the past three years, he never hesitated... not once... to make time for us traveling the three-hour plus distance from Oak Forest, Illinois. Brad's recommendations and suggestions with each appointment/home shown allowed us time to become more familiar with each area -- west/north/east of Indianapolis. He wisely coupled our in-person appointments with regular correspondence related to helpful guidance/tips as to budgeting, home organization and financing. Every interaction brought us closer to our relocation goals. Brad was not satisfied until we were satisfied, including the sale of our former Illinois residence. He said, "I just want you to be happy!" Once we found what we felt was the home that met the majority of our needs, Brad continued to direct us as to inspection/repairs if needed, financing options that were viable. The day of our closing on our new home in Fishers, Indiana, he was right there beside us at the appointment along with the sellers, their realtor, our mortgage representative and the title company liaison. Priya Bhargava's earlier clients highly reccommended Priya. Her area of operation in the northern Indy was a deciding factor. We are very happy with our selection. We did bug her with many showing spanning several months. The more the choices we had, the more confused we were. We were given ample choices. Priya would help in simplifying the complex real estate facts. This helped us to decide what we needed. We never felt her to be pushy at all. At the same sime Priya was very good in following up and providing us good inputs.

First of all, Brad helped us find a rental property - something he did out of the goodness of his heart. He didn't get paid for this. After that he would bring us hot cider in the winter and a mum in the fall and little things like that which kept us in contact with him. Also, he sent out helpful mailers with interesting information. When it came time to buy a home, he was our guy...no questions asked.

One month into the sale of our home, we found out my dad had colon cancer. We felt like we needed to move sooner than we had planned. We left our home vacant. It gave me great peace to know that our home (now 1500 miles away) was in good hands with Brad looking over things and helping us with every aspect. There are just no words to convey our appreciation.

Being 1500 miles away, Brad recommended a window cleaner, a house cleaner/stager, and a home services company. All of which were very professional and helped us get our home sold. We literally could not have sold our home without Brad.

It was very important for us that the agent understand our needs so that we save both our time. Priya was patient and understanding of our requirements, time availability and worked with us to complete the paperwork in a timely fashion. Nowhere did we feel that we were not given time or we wish we had done this/that. She made sure that we saw everything that we would have liked/ though we liked before we made our big decision. She never made us feel that we were asking too much or pushing her. She understood that it is important for us to feel comfortable about our choice and infant encouraged and pushed us (!) to see more before we decide!
