Seller reviewMy house never got to the market. It was sold by word of mouth in the neighborhood. Ray provided the Real estate handling, He did a fabulous job coordinating the sale with the buyers & mortgage company and inspections. Ray is a true professional & a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend him.

Buyer reviewRay did a great job working with my wife and I on our buying experience. When we started two years ago we realized we were not ready to buy and there was no pressure from him to buy when we were not ready. When we contacted him again this calendar year about being interested in purchasing a home he was a huge help. He showed us many homes and was able to point out things that were wrong with various homes for our family. His knowledge on homes in general was a huge asset to us. When we landed on the home we eventually purchased he worked extremely hard to handle the settlement in less than 30 days during November, when we lost a few days due to the holiday. He explained everything to us in detail and made sure we understood what to expect and what was required of us. I cannot recommend him strongly enough due to his patience, attention to details in homes, and his teachers heart to help first time homebuyers be prepared for this experience.
