We have used Rich Davis in the past, are using him now to buy a new home, and will use him in the future if the need arises. We know he's incredibly busy, but he always makes us feel like we're his only clients. Not only is he awesome on a personal level, but he managed to sell our 2 bedroom house in the middle of a pandemic! We can't say enough good things about Rich. Would highly recommend.
