Rick in my opinion is top notch performer - the property had a double wide trailer which had to be lifted and tied down according the FHA guidelines, Rick was able to get the right people to take care of this problem while the new owners to be had to wait to purchase the house. Rick Gordon sold our house with 15 acres previously. He also sold the 22 acres previously with owner financing. Buyers could not come up with financing after 3 years, so we tried to foreclose on them. We wound up with the Deed instead of Foreclosure. Rick has a gift for gab and is a go getter. Rick knows what to say to buyers and just how to say it. Rick is very confident in what he does and knows the market very well. Rick also is very good with the different ways to finance. Rick always has your best interest in mind first. We would use Rick again if needed.

Rick Gordon's commitment to excellence was obvious from the start. He looked over my house in detail including appliances. He walked around the house and viewed the siding, roof and property checking for any damage. He advised whether items needed to be replaced or just cleaned. Rick also went over all paper work with me line by line making sure I understood everything and answering all my questions. He did not rush the process and gave me adequate time to complete all necessary forms. Rick Gordon had viewed other houses in my price range. Thus, his advice when determining the sales price was invaluable. I received an offer on the third day and his suggestions for a response were spot on.
