Your Siouxland Real Estate AgentI am a customer-service oriented real estate agent who helps home buyers and sellers in and around the Siouxland Area. After having lived in Salix Iowa the majority of my life, I moved to Sioux City just over a year ago. It gave me a chance to meet new people and "reboot" my life and the career I have always wanted; a career in real estate.
Real Estate allows me to use the customer service skills and my attention to detail I acquired for the past 10 years of working in customer facing positions. It also gives me a chance to just talk and meet people in the community.
Real Estate has always been an interest of mine. I enjoy admiring the different types of homes and architectural styles that our area has. Helping people is a big passion of mine, and it thrills me to be able to help someone achieve one of their biggest goals. Buying a home is probably among many people's top goals and biggest investments in life, and helping my clients every step of the way, from finding the home of their dreams, to handing them the keys, is very rewarding. I find the entire process fascinating and exciting, and I'm thankful for the trust put in me.

He was always available and communicated often with us. We were able to see homes we were interested in right away. He was constantly showing us potential options.
Even though we ended up finding a home that we purchased directly through the seller, Rob still offered to help us with anything we needed along the way.
He did an amazing job helping us sell our home! The pictures of the home were beautiful and highlighted all of the hard work we put into it.
He worked with us to get it up for sale right away. And helped us find a cleaner when we had no time to look.

Within a week of contacting him and looking at different listings I ended up finding my home. He put together a really good offer letter that made sure I got everything I was requesting from the seller.

I am a first time home buyer. Me and my fiance were going to put the whole buying a house sometime due to not really having money for down payments. Rob informed me that there were FHA loans available and he recommended me to a bank. Thanks to Rob I now own a nice home for me, my fiance and our 2 kids. Rob was excellent on passing new information to me whenever he got it. I was the first person to know, and he also worked around my work schedule. Whenever we had a question, Rob would go above and beyond to the answers for us. If I ever sell my house and look for another one Rob would be the first person I would go to, i would not choose someone new. Rob Valdovinos was by far the most professional and organized agent we have worked with. From the beginning he knew exactly what questions to ask to better understand our needs. We had dealt with several other agents in the past few years and they did not seem to care about or understand our needs. This held us back, however; once when we started working with Rob he made sure this was the year we would finally be home owners. We were working on a tight budget and he was able to help us figure out what was most important to us in a home to raise our family in.
