We could not have been happier with the service received from Ron Conard in the listing of our home. He not only covered all questions and concerns with our home in WA but he also went above and beyond to assist with our new purchase out of state. It was a relief to have his experience and knowledge on our side through the process which made it seamless. When the listing agent in NC had questions, Ron picked up the phone and walked her through our sales contract and closing without missing a beat. He had the house listed within 2 days of our call and received a signed contract the day we went on the market.
