As a full time Real Estate professional, I take my responsibilities to my clients to the highest level. I am a detail oriented person, and I am proud to confess that I regard my work ethic and ability to communicate as my greatest strengths.I absolutely believe, that working as a team with my clients is an essential ingredient to accomplish the end results that are defined from the start. Trust and communication are the glue that enable me to represent you through the many challenges that occur during the life of a transaction. I use these strengths combined with strong market research to negotiate the best deal on your behalf. I enjoy the many aspects of being in Real Estate, but I most enjoy the interaction with the various people that come into play in a sale or purchase of a home. From the agents to those who work in financing, escrow, title or any of the many services that are part of a transaction. But it all starts, and ends, with the needs of the Client! I called Ron because we have seen a property that we liked and wanted to put in an offer on the property. Ron had been sending us a few listing when he found something we were looking for. But we seen something we couldn't pass up on called him to put in offer. Ron was very professional. We had a problem with the selling agent getting back to him or getting the paperwork we needed. Ron handled it like a pro.
When we had a problem trying to get the other agent to respond handled it like it was a piece of cake.

Ron Brown has helped me sell two houses and buy two houses. First one had to be co-coordinated to be out of the old, and in the new and he handled all the details very well. This time he found my new house and helped me with a successful bid, then had to work through the sale of my old home, getting problems ironed out and the bidding war was a great bonus. He has a suggestion for every problem and a Handyman to help. Ron is great, I recommend him to everyone, He has serious skills, goes above and beyond, and will get the job done.

Ron has been my agent through two buy and sell transactions. He is a keeper, works as hard for the smaller sales as the larger. He really works hard on the details, the most important part of the deal. I never want to move again, but if I do it will be with Ron.

Ron did a great job keeping in contact with the selling agent for two months of any price changes on a house we liked. As soon as he got word of a change, he contacted us right away and we were able to be the first offer. Ron Brown was great to work with. This sale was for my elderly mothers house and he kept me informed of all the requirements and went out of his way to get the house sold for a good price. There was some delay with the buyers financing, but he did all he could to keep the paperwork flowing and the deal closed. I would highly recommend him to any one interested is listing or buyer a house.
