Rose is a spectacular agent and person. She went above and beyond to do anything that was necessary at all hours of the morning, day and night to make sure everything went smoothly. Where do I even begin! Rose is an amazing lady. I asked her for her advice on my rental house. I interviewed 3 agents each of whom had been recommended to me. Two gave me a well documented market analysis. Rose was the only one who kept in contact with me every few weeks, as I had stated in November that I would not be ready to put the property on the market until the spring. Rose shared her resume with me, but that was not what sold me on her. I sensed her commitment to her customers and her work ethic. My father's house had not received the care it needed the past 25 years. Rose understood that living 3 hours away I wanted to sell the house as is. Two days after putting the house on the market we had multiple offers. Rose was very helpful in advising me about handling the offers. At the same time we learned that the house needed a new roof, and later that some foundation work needed attention prior to the sale. i was very impressed and relieved when Rose called to explain a problem, but then shared the name of a talented contractor who might assist me. She was an absolute Godsend to me many times during the process. We had a purchase agreement within a week of putting the house on the market. It took longer than any of us wanted to complete the sale, but considering all the hoops we had to jump through and all the work that needed to be completed the process went very smoothly, all thanks to Rose and her contacts. She was always available and is an exceptionally hard worker. I would recommend her as a realtor to,anyone. I am indebted to,her. She worked very hard to get my house sold.
On several occasions workmen needed to be paid upon work completion. Because I live a distance from the house I asked Rose if she could see that people were paid, and gave her signed checks. She is 100 percent trustworthy. She is totally phenomenal. I don't know how she gets so much done in a day. Rose is the best ever.
All my ratings are about Rose Koval, not Century 21 Riverpointe. You may have provided Rose with support, but I feel that Rose sold my home not Century 21.
As I stated before, Rose Koval is totally amazing. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their home quickly. Listen to her advice because she knows her business.

We both loved Rose Koval as our agent! As soon as we contacted Rose, we had a lot of offers on our house, and we had a purchase agreement signed within 3 days! She is the best real estate agent that I have ever had the pleasure of working with in my life! We had 3 other real estate agents who couldn't sell our house in over a one year period!! What a disappointment -- they have their for sale signs on lots of properties all over town, and those "for sale" signs have remained there for a long time! Rose has great communication skills, and works from dawn to dusk, and even on weekends--she cares about her clients! She handled the entire matter effortlessly for us. We would recommend Rose Koval to anyone in need of a great real estate agent!

Rose Koval goes beyond helpful! Our buying situation was difficult as we were purchasing our home from overseas. The time difference was 12 hours and our only communication was through email. Every question she or we had could have wasted an entire day because of the time difference. However, Rose was ready, she knew that our 7 am was her 7 pm and she was checking on us way into her late nights to keep our buying process smooth. I once received an email from her at her 4 am. One would expect to not hear from their realtor over the weekend but this was not the case from Rose! We feel very blessed to have met and worked with Rose. Now that our home purchase is over we continue to hear from her and she continues to make us feel very welcomed to our new home and community. Rose Koval has the kind of work integrity that makes her the best of the best!!!!

I was a first time home buyer with no experience or knowledge of how this process worked. Rose explained things to me, clear cut and made sure I understood what she was saying, not that I was just agreeing. She showed me 15+ houses before I finally found my home, not once did she ever complain or "push" me in any direction. She would tell me the pro's and con's of every single house, which I greatly appreciated. She set up all the loan meetings and home inspections with ease. I work afternoon's and I would always be emailing her and texting her at all hours of the night, and she would contact me ASAP with any concerns that I had. If I wanted to see a house the next morning, Rose would already have it set up for us. Rose really does know what she's doing and she is very good at her job. I will be referring her to everyone I know who is thinking of buying a home. She is more than my realtor, she became my friend!
