Ross never pushed us in the wrong direction and he was quick to point out when something was not convenient for us. Ana (my other agent) and Ross make an amazing team as Ana is also very understanding and patient. She helped us through the most discouraging moments and she has a very flexible schedule which fit my needs. Overall, I'd give them both a 12/10.
