Buyer reviewRyan Johnson was a top performer from the beginning of my home buying process until well after! He created and set up searches for me, based on the criteria that we talked about, he held my hand through the process of putting offers in on two houses(we decided to pass on the first one) and negotiated a very fair deal for the house that I ultimately ended up purchasing. I had to travel out of state for work a few times and he met with the inspector and went through the house as my proxy, and has handled all of the communication with the seller above, and beyond what most realtors would do. If you're looking for a personalize service, look no further than Ryan!

Given the market conditions and our deadline, we were on a time crunch and lost out on several homes due to getting outbid by investors. Our search took him out of his usual service area, and Ryan was helpful and offered great advice on the different areas that he was not necessarily familiar with.

Buyer reviewI am an out-of-town buyer and purchasing property 1000 miles away is never easy. I did a virtual tour with Ryan and he spent 60 minutes walking through the house slowly and looking at every single detail..... his eyes were my eyes and I am grateful he has great eyes :-). He helped in so many ways after and when it came to put in an offer, in it was quick fastidious and accurate. I couldn't ask for much more from a broker. Any questions I had that he couldn't answer he had answered in a very short period. I can't say anything but positive words about Ryan. I have purchased other properties out of town and they were disasters. Much information was not communicated to me and when I got to closing it was horrible. I was reluctant to do another out-of-state purchase however this purchase went without a hitch. We had a few hiccups in the process but they were not hiccups brought on our end. Ryan resolved any and all issues and closing was just so simple.

We felt like Ryan's only clients! He was super responsive, communicated very well, provided excellent guidance, and was always there when we needed him. Our transaction was a bit complicated involving a 1031 exchange for rental to rental property and Ryan made sure he was well versed in this so he could be of maximum help! Strongly recommend him for your real estate needs!
