Ryley was amazing in helping us find our eventual home in Cary. She was diligent, on top of things, and ensured we were notified in a timely manner. She arranged for multiple showings real quick, patient with us during the walkthroughs, and prompt in gathering the requested details. She was available anytime to consult regarding the properties - their locations, schools etc. She also negotiated well on our behalf, and helped with the closing process. October 2021

Ryley is kind, honest and professional, and she most definitely made me feel like I was her top priority. She made sure this process was very clear and easy. She was always patient and available when I had questions and she was considerate of my time to ensure that it was as simple as possible. Everything went off so smoothly and she took extra time with me to make me feel confident throughout the entire process from the explanation of the process to the discussion about the pricing straight through to the closing. I think the marketing plan she devised made all the difference in our ability to get an offer well over the asking price.
Paul was very supportive as we worked through the process and helped us develop a clear understanding of all that the firm could offer to make certain that we would be positioned well for the sale of the home.
