I came to Mid-Michigan for a job interview. I found Savanah Wood online during that interview visit and we scheduled a house showing in the area while I was in town to get a feel for the community. That initial showing didn't work out, but Savanah understood my needs and was able to advocate on my behalf from over 400 miles away. She helped us negotiate a very aggressive home offer during an extremely tight market period and in inclement weather, turning my weakness (required to close no earlier than 80 days after offer) into a strength as part of the negotiation.
