Seller reviewI started with a few flippers to get an idea and met Scott at another event where he explained he has been selling in my area for over 20 years so I decided to go with him. He presented a binder with comparables and other items and after adjusting the price slightly due the condition of the home and me wanting to sell as-is we put on market. He had multiple showings everyday for a week, sold it and we closed 29 days later. There was one instance where he went beyond the norm. We both ended up at the local town hall regarding the same issue unknown to each other which showed great initiative from him. That showed me he was on top of everything and I would have a very smooth transaction. Everything from start to finish was excellent
